We research before we write
Every account makes the list for a reason you can check: a job posting, a new service, a visible problem on their website. No reason, no email.
B2B prospecting · strategy, infrastructure and operations
We look for companies showing a concrete sign that they may need what you sell. We email them from a sending channel kept apart from your domain and handle every reply until the meeting is in your calendar.
It adds a channel next to your referrals and your content. It does not replace them.
A separate channel lowers the exposure of your main domain, although no sending is risk free.
How we work
GoGetShield started as the way we found customers for our own products. We researched companies that might need them and wrote to each one. We still work that way.
Every account makes the list for a reason you can check: a job posting, a new service, a visible problem on their website. No reason, no email.
We send from separately registered domains, authenticated and warmed up. Your domain and your company email stay out of cold sending.
Before we start, we put in writing what a valid account is and what counts as a qualified meeting. Every report is measured against those criteria.
Where it comes from
When I launched my own apps I had to find customers without being a name in the industry and without money for targeted campaigns. I learned to spot companies with a likely need and to build a process to write to them and get the meeting.
After doing it several times, it became our specialty. Now we do the same for companies that want to talk to more potential customers.
The GGS method
The name GoGetShield sums up the three steps.
We define your ideal customer and look for accounts with relevant signals, each with its evidence documented.
We write with context, answer every reply and set up meetings against the criteria we agreed on.
We send from separate infrastructure, with authentication, unsubscribes and exclusions under control. That lowers the exposure of your brand, though the risk is never zero.
In short: find the right accounts, get qualified conversations and look after the brand you already have.
What the system covers
Five stages, each with a clear owner.
We agree on the customer profile, the buying signals and which accounts qualify.
We pick companies and document the evidence behind every contact.
We set up separate domains and mailboxes, authentication and pre-send checks.
We write the messages, answer the replies and keep exclusions and follow-ups up to date.
We check it matches what we agreed, book it and log the context in your CRM.
We build and run the channel up to the meeting. Selling and closing stay with your team.
We start small and with proof. You move to the next step only if the last one convinced you.
You tell us what you sell and to whom. We write down your target customer profile.
Within 48 hours, 3 to 5 of your best-fit accounts, with the evidence for why they fit.
We sign off your customer profile, pick 2 segments, research 100 accounts, write the messages and warm up the mailboxes. At the end we tell you which segment has volume and how many meetings we guarantee. If you continue, the pilot is fully credited against the setup.
From week 4: sending, replies, meetings booked into your calendar and a report every week.
Guarantee in writing
With about 3,000 contacts a month, that is 3 meetings in 30 days. The number and the window depend on the size of your market and are written into your contract before we start.
These conditions can be checked in the CRM and the inbox. If one on your side is missed, the guarantee lapses; if you're late with an approval, the clock only pauses. The full terms are in the contract.
We write to the companies that fit you and hand you conversations ready for a meeting. No paid campaigns.
Every week you see how many companies we contacted, how many replied and how many meetings came out of it. The system sets the pace.
We test several segments separately and show you with data which one responds best, so the effort goes there.
What we do in every system to look after your brand and the people who receive the email.
Real replies
Screenshots from two of our own cold email campaigns: one sells this service to cybersecurity firms in Latin America, the other sells an app of ours to aesthetic clinics in Spain. The replies are in Spanish and Portuguese; each card gives the gist in English. Names, addresses and companies are blacked out.
Hi Sergio, I'm the one to talk to. How does next Tuesday at 11 am look?
We can set up a 30-minute call this week or next. Send me your calendar link.
Yes, we can schedule a conversation. Before the call, I'd like to understand two points.
Hi Sergio, send me a proposal for the 2027 budget.
You're right, I hadn't booked it. Done. Friday at 9:30. See you then.
Today at 5 pm works for me. Will you send an invite?
I'll check with my assistant tomorrow and we'll arrange the visit.
These are replies to cold emails, not meetings held or client results. Click a screenshot to see it full size. The cybersecurity campaign is still running; we will publish its numbers once it ends.
Before offering the system to others, we used it to take an app of ours to market with aesthetic clinics in Spain. These are our own figures, not client results.
Dashboard figures as of 30 September 2026, with 75% of the sequence sent and open tracking turned off. "Positive" follows that campaign's own tagging. It is the result of one campaign in one industry: it does not predict performance in other markets or guarantee future results.
They give context. Each source defines and counts replies its own way, so the comparison is not exact.
Replies ÷ emails sent, across 7.5 million B2B cold emails. Our rough rate is 1.85% per send (51 unique people ÷ 2,757 messages), counted in a slightly different way.
See Belkins' methodologyTotal replies, including those to follow-ups, ÷ emails sent, across thousands of workspaces. It is not the same as our rate per unique contact.
See Instantly's methodologyOur per-send rate falls between these two figures. Because the definitions differ, we can't claim the campaign did better or worse than the market. We also haven't found a public benchmark for positive replies with a comparable definition, so we show our figure with its denominator and leave it uncompared.
